On 10/03/2011 the Regional Secretary Francis Paul Vitale has participated at the local headquarters in Rome to meet again for the renewal of CCNL that note for the umpteenth time, expired on 436 days.
The work focused on inter alia:
1) The number of hours employees (already installed but never used in the previous contract);
2) The regulation of Closing sportelleria;
3) The application time offset.
The rigid corporate position, as usual, extremely unfavorable for the workers, did not allow any attempt at negotiation.
Given the rigidity of the table it was therefore decided to postpone discussion on 16 and 17 March.
